About Us IconOceanwalk Building 17 is the second newest building in our community of 20 buildings. We are comprised of 33 owners. Some of us have second homes and a number of the residents live here year round. We all enjoy the sun and the spectacular sunsets at Building 17. Having the ocean right across the street ain't bad either.

To access the beach, we have a designated crosswalk and path with a rinse station. If you wish to lounge at the pool, we are directly beside Recreation Room II with a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and barbeques The pool is open until 10:00PM thanks to the newly installed lighting fixtures.
